More than the services listed on our site

The services on our site reflect some of the most common ways we help customers, but they do not represent the full extent of what we do.

If your business has a Linux or open source need that does not fit neatly into one of our standard service categories, that does not mean it falls outside our scope. In many cases, it simply means the work is more specialized, more environment-specific, or shaped around a particular operational challenge.

Experienced help for the problems that do not come in neat boxes

Not every project is a standard support engagement, a migration, or a development job. Sometimes a business needs help evaluating options, troubleshooting a difficult issue, improving an existing platform, tightening security, or implementing a Linux-based solution that is not easily described in a menu of services.

That is where our experience is especially useful. We work with businesses to understand the problem clearly, identify the right technical approach, and deliver practical help that fits the environment and the business need.

Examples of the kinds of work we can support

Here are a few examples of the kinds of Linux and open source service work that can fit into this category:

  • Architecture review and platform planning for new or evolving Linux environments
  • Security hardening, access review, and operational risk reduction
  • Performance investigation and troubleshooting for business-critical systems
  • Advisory work around Linux-based platforms, open source tools, and infrastructure direction
  • Specialized implementation or support work that sits outside our standard service descriptions

Built with the same approach as everything else we do

Even when the engagement is more specialized, our approach stays the same. We focus on practical Linux and open source work that is technically sound, clearly communicated, and aligned with the real needs of the business.

That means hands-on expertise, careful recommendations, sensible implementation, and support that is grounded in how production environments actually operate. Whether the work looks like one of our standard services or something more tailored, the goal is always the same: help you solve the problem well and leave the environment in a stronger position.

If you need Linux expertise for a project or challenge that is not listed among our standard service offerings, contact us and we can talk through the requirement, the options, and the best next step for your business.
